What happens on this website

This website has no account registration or advertising tools. Images and other page resources are served with the website. Optional Google Analytics is described below.

Website hosting

The website is hosted on Microsoft Azure. Providing the website involves processing technical request information such as your IP address, requested address, and connection details. Optional analytics is separate from the request processing needed to serve the website.

Optional analytics

Google Analytics stays off until you choose “Allow analytics.” Choosing “No thanks” lets you use the website without loading Google’s analytics tag. You can change your choice using “Analytics preferences” in the footer. Turning analytics off reloads the page and clears any unsent project brief; information already sent is not erased by that choice.

If you allow analytics, Google receives public page names, a browser identifier, and technical information such as device/browser details, approximate location and the IP address needed to connect to its service. We use this to understand website usage. We do not send your project brief, contact details, URL query strings, fragments or referring page address. Automatic form, search, outbound-link and scroll tracking are disabled. Google Signals and advertising personalization are not enabled by our website tag.

Your choice is stored locally under “cts-company.analytics.choice.v1” for up to 180 days. After you allow analytics, Google’s cookies on this site use the “ctsco_ga” prefix and are configured to expire after 90 days. Choosing “No thanks” removes those cookies. You can also clear this website’s browser data. Google processes analytics information under its privacy policy.

Your appearance preference

If you switch the light or dark appearance, the website stores that choice in your browser’s local storage under “cts-appearance.” It stays on your device and can be removed by clearing this website’s browser data.

Project briefs and contact

The form keeps your entries in the current page until you choose “Send inquiry.” Sending shares your name, email address, optional organization, project details and timing with CTSoftwares through our Azure API, company database and Microsoft 365 business email service so we can respond. We do not send an automatic email to visitors. Downloading a brief creates a text file on your device. Leaving or refreshing clears the form; submitted email is retained in our business mailbox.

The submission service uses a necessary, secure session cookie to protect the form against forged submissions. It is separate from optional analytics. We save your inquiry before attempting email delivery. The company database keeps your contact details, brief, request reference, protected fingerprint, delivery status and our follow-up notes for up to 365 days. Access is restricted to authorized company administration. These details are not written to application logs or optional analytics. Business email is retained while needed to handle your inquiry and related business records. Contact us to request access or deletion.

Opening an email draft transfers the details you entered to your chosen email app. You decide whether to send it. Any message you send is handled by your email provider and our business email service so we can respond to your inquiry.
